The skills boosting programs, aimed to attract people who need flexible working due to personal circumstance (for example childcare), offer a range of flexible opportunities in social sector organisations.

This win-win-win provides the social sector with skilled talented people, offers flexible working at the times they're needed most and boosts the local economy by providing a skills pipeline of local talent.
Building strategic capability
Fellowships
Developing a one year paid fellowship, that offers a flexible working environment within a social sector organisation in Cambridgeshire - boosting and repurposing skills.

The programme is aimed at skilled individuals who have at least 10 years work experience.

These programs will allocate mid-carer professionals to projects and flexible roles within social sector organisations.

Social Contract will support them in skills development and recognition, whilst providing a community of support.

Flexible roles could be shared across more than one charitable organisation.

These programs will support people into trustee roles within voluntary organisations - boosting and renewing their skills.

The program will allow people to utilise the experience as a trustee to gain recognition for specific skills demonstrated.

These are aimed at skilled people who are not yet ready for the commitment of a working role but want to start rebuilding or maintaining their skills while on a career break.
